First Holy Communion
The minimum age for the reception of this sacrament is a child in Year Three who has already been presented for Reconciliation
| Collection of enrolment forms | The enrolment forms can be collected at any of the Sunday Masses on 17th or 24th July |

| Return of the enrolment forms | Will take place in the St. Joseph’s Room (behind the church) on Tuesdays, 19th or 26th July at 3.15pm or 5.15pm. The child’s baptism certificate will need to be presented (this will be returned) and $20 to cover the costs of the programme. |
| Leaders meeting | Sunday, 31st July at 6.15pm |
| Parents’ Information Night | Will take place in the church on Thursday, 4th August at 7.30pm |
| Commitment Sunday | Sunday 7th August (at the 9am and 5pm Masses only) |
| Lessons commence | The week commencing 8th August |

Special notes for all sacraments
- The baptism certificates that will need to be presented when the enrolment forms are returned should be obtained beforehand and not requested when returning the forms.
- People from other parishes, such as Berkeley or Dapto, should normally enrol for the sacraments in their own parishes.
- The details on this form are as accurate as they can be at this time. Some adjustments may occur during the year.
